What is the minimum rental period for a storage unit?
The minimum rental period is one (1) month.
How can we end the lease of a storage unit?
You can vacate the unit at any time, without any advance notice, as long as there is no outstanding balance. All goods in the unit must be taken away.
What are the accepted payment methods?
Check, Visa, Mastercard, Interac and cash.
How should we pack our goods for storing?
- Don't pack boxes too heavily.
- Close boxes and seal them with wrapping tape.
- Make sure that boxes are packed tightly to avoid any movement inside.
- Label boxes appropriately on top and on the sides.
- Transfer liquids to leak-proof containers.
- Empty any equipment of gasoline or oil it may contain.
